VendorSource® provides digital products and digital access only. Due to the non-tangible and irreversible nature of digital products, our refund policy is intentionally strict.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on VendorSource® are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable files

  • Vendor or supplier access

  • Subscriptions or memberships

  • Recurring charges

  • Renewals or rebills

Subscription Payments

Some products include optional or required subscriptions.

By selecting a subscription at checkout, you authorize:

  • Automatic recurring billing

  • A recurring charge of $49.99 per month (unless otherwise stated)

  • Continued billing until the subscription is canceled

Subscription charges are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. Failure to cancel before a renewal does not qualify for a refund.

No Refunds for Usage or Results

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Lack of use

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Business performance

  • Supplier outcomes

  • Misunderstanding of the product

  • User error or inexperience

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The digital product was not delivered, and

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted to support@vendorzsource.helpfully.pro and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital access violates this policy and may result in access termination and account restrictions.
